IND vs ENG 1st Test: Joe Root leads from front as visitors pile 555/8 on Day 2

Kicking off England's innings from the overnight score of 263/3, Root along with premier all-rounder Ben Stokes helped the visitors maintain their upper hand in the game. The pair added 124 runs for the fourth wicket, before Stokes was removed by Shahbaz Nadeem on 82.
